Salmon with Avocado Dressing and Basmati Rice

Ingredients
1lb salmon
1 avocado diced
1 small tomato diced
1 lime
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
1 pack Royal® Microwaveable Basmati rice
Preparation
- Pat the salmon dry the drizzle with olive oil and season with the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently pat the seasoning in.
- Grill the salmon or cook on the stovetop for about 4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Make the avocado salsa by mixing the avocado, tomato, juice from the lime, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Layer the salmon over the rice and top with avocado salsa.
