These Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Rice Balls are a fun, kid-friendly snack made with fluffy basmati rice, melty cheddar cheese, and tender broccoli in every bite. Crispy on the outside and soft and cheesy in the center, they’re packed with comforting flavor while still sneaking in some greens. Quick to make in the air fryer, they’re perfect for easy lunches, after-school snacks, or simple family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Royal Rice – RTH Basmati Rice
- ¼ cup of cheese
- ¼ cup of bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Broccoli steamed cut
- Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper
Preparation
- Cook rice according to package
- Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, broccoli
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix together & form balls with iced cream scoop.
- Preheat air fryer to 350 and cook for 5-7 minutes!
