Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Royal Rice – RTH Basmati Rice 
  • ¼ cup of cheese
  • ¼ cup of bread crumbs 
  • 2 eggs 
  • Broccoli steamed cut
  • Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook rice according to package 
  2. Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, broccoli 
  3. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix together & form balls with iced cream scoop.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350 and cook for 5-7 minutes!
