Ingredients

3 cups Royal® Chakki Atta

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cup oil

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups mashed, blackened banana

1/2 cup milk

Powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the mashed banana, milk and oil until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Transfer to 9×13 (or similar) pan.
  4. Bake on a “bake” setting at 350°F for 70 minutes.
