Ingredients
- 1 pouch Royal RTH Yellow Rice
- ½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 handful arugula (or any greens)
- 1-2 tablespoon hummus
Mom Hack:
- Before heating the rice, add a spoonful or two of hummus. As it warms, it melts into a creamy, flavorful sauce. (No extra pans or prep required!)
Preparation
- Put 1-2 tbsp hummus in the Yellow Rice pouch. Microwave the rice and hummus for 90 seconds until hot and creamy, then empty into your bowl.
- Toss in arugula and shredded rotisserie chicken (warm it first if you like it hot).
- Finish with feta or a squeeze of lemon if you’d like!
