Mom’s 5-Minute Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Royal RTH Yellow Rice
  • ½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 handful arugula (or any greens)
  • 1-2 tablespoon hummus

Mom Hack:

  • Before heating the rice, add a spoonful or two of hummus. As it warms, it melts into a creamy, flavorful sauce. (No extra pans or prep required!)

Preparation

  1. Put 1-2 tbsp hummus in the Yellow Rice pouch. Microwave the rice and hummus for 90 seconds until hot and creamy, then empty into your bowl.
  2. Toss in arugula and shredded rotisserie chicken (warm it first if you like it hot).
  3. Finish with feta or a squeeze of lemon if you’d like!
