Sweepstakes Overview

The Royal Challenge Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is an in-stadium digital fan engagement promotion conducted during select Major League Cricket 2026 matches. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by LT Foods Americas / Royal ("Sponsor" or "Royal") and may be promoted in collaboration with San Francisco Unicorns ("Promotional Partner").

During the applicable match-day activation, a Royal promotional QR code may be displayed on the stadium big screen and/or other approved in-venue display areas. Eligible attendees may scan the QR code using their personal mobile device to access a Royal-branded landing page or microsite, submit the required entry information, and participate in one or more cricket-related, food-related, prediction, puzzle, visual, or other match-day engagement prompts.

The Sweepstakes is intended as an in-stadium fan engagement activity for attendees present at select Major League Cricket 2026 matches. The questions, prompts, format, entry requirements, and creative may vary by match day. Participation in any question, prediction, puzzle, visual challenge, or engagement prompt is for entertainment and promotional engagement purposes only and does not determine the winner. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 18, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on July 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, unless otherwise extended, shortened, suspended, or modified by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Terms & Conditions.

The Sweepstakes may be conducted across select match-day activations during the Sweepstakes Period. Each match-day activation may have its own entry period, which may be communicated on the Royal landing page, microsite, big screen creative, or other promotional materials.

Unless otherwise stated, entries for a specific match-day activation must be received during the applicable entry period for that match-day activation. Sponsor's server timestamp shall be the official timekeeping device for all Sweepstakes entries.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories and possessions who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, except that residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least nineteen (19) years of age, and residents of Mississippi must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Promotional Partner, Major League Cricket, the applicable venue, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, digital platform providers, and any other entities involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, or execution of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Terms & Conditions, "immediate family" means spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

How to Enter

During select Major League Cricket 2026 matches, a Royal promotional QR code may be displayed on the stadium big screen and/or other approved in-venue display areas. To participate, eligible entrants must scan the QR code using their personal mobile device and follow the instructions to access the Royal-branded landing page or microsite.

Entrants will be required to complete the entry form by providing the requested information, which may include name, email address, phone number, zip code, and any required consent or opt-in selections. Entrants may also be invited to answer one or more cricket-related, food-related, match prediction, puzzle, visual, or engagement questions as presented on the landing page or microsite.

Questions and prompts may include, but are not limited to, match predictions, cricket trivia, food preference questions, Royal product-related questions, word search challenges, visual count challenges, or other match-day engagement prompts. Unless otherwise expressly stated, responses to such questions or prompts are for engagement and entertainment purposes only and will not increase or decrease an entrant's chances of winning.

Each entry must be submitted through the official Royal landing page or microsite during the applicable entry period for that match-day activation. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, generated by automated means, or submitted through any unauthorized method may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Limit one (1) entry per person per match-day activation, unless otherwise stated on the landing page or promotional materials. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, email address, phone number, device, or other identifying information may be disqualified.

Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. If required by applicable law or determined by Sponsor, eligible entrants who are not present at the applicable match-day activation may enter through an alternate method of entry ("AMOE").

To enter by AMOE, an eligible entrant may [INSERT AMOE METHOD — for example: visit [URL] and complete the online entry form OR email [EMAIL ADDRESS] with full name, email address, phone number, zip code, date of birth, and the applicable match-day activation they wish to enter].

AMOE entries must include all required information and must be received during the applicable entry period for the relevant match-day activation. Eligible AMOE entries will have the same odds of winning as eligible QR code entries and will be included in the same random drawing for the applicable match-day activation.

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per match-day activation. Use of the AMOE does not require any purchase, payment, match attendance, or ticket purchase.

Prizes

Available prizes may vary by match-day activation and may include one or more of the following:

• 2026 Team-Signed Merchandise – Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5 to $40
• Royal Diwali Box, which may include decorative bowl and/or rice samples – ARV: approximately $50 each
• 10 lb Royal Chef's Secret Basmati Rice Pack – ARV: approximately $16.99 each
• Other Royal or San Francisco Unicorns promotional merchandise, samples, or rewards as determined by Sponsor

The number of prizes available per match-day activation, prize type, and prize quantity may vary and may be communicated on the landing page, microsite, or related promotional materials.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not expressly stated as included with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Royal prizes, including Diwali Boxes and rice packs, may be mailed directly by Royal or distributed in person on the day of the applicable match, at Sponsor's discretion. Team-related prizes may be fulfilled by Promotional Partner or its designated representative. Sponsor and Promotional Partner are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable prizes once shipped or otherwise made available for fulfillment.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable match-day activation entry period.

Participation in any cricket-related, food-related, match prediction, puzzle, visual, or engagement question is for entertainment and promotional purposes only and does not increase an entrant's odds of winning. Correct answers, closest predictions, fastest submissions, or completion of a puzzle will not determine the winner unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable match-day promotional materials.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable match-day activation.

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including eligibility, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and interpretation of these Official Terms & Conditions.

Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified by Royal or its designated agency, vendor, or fulfillment partner using the contact information provided at the time of entry, which may include phone number and/or email address.

Potential winners may be required to respond within the timeframe stated in the notification. If a winner is being notified during or shortly after a match-day activation for an in-person prize, the potential winner may be required to respond within sixty (60) minutes or another timeframe stated in the notification. If the prize is being mailed or fulfilled after the match, Sponsor may provide a longer response window, as stated in the notification.

Potential winners may be required to provide a valid U.S. mailing address and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, or other prize verification documentation, where permitted by law.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete any required documentation, or fails to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable match-day activation.

Data Collection and Privacy

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that Royal may collect, use, process, and store the personal information submitted through the Royal Challenge landing page or microsite for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, selecting and notifying winners, fulfilling prizes, maintaining records, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Personal information collected may include name, email address, phone number, zip code, mailing address, age or eligibility confirmation, entry responses, and any other information required for Sweepstakes administration or prize fulfillment.

Royal may share entrant information with its affiliates, service providers, agencies, vendors, prize fulfillment partners, and promotional partners, including San Francisco Unicorns, only as necessary to administer, promote, operate, verify, or fulfill the Sweepstakes, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of entry.

Entrants may be given the option to receive future marketing or promotional communications from Royal. Marketing opt-in is optional and is not required to enter or win. An entrant's decision to opt in or opt out of marketing communications will not affect their chances of winning.

By opting in to marketing communications, entrants agree that Royal may contact them in accordance with the consent provided and applicable law. Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in those communications.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and their respective affiliates, agencies, and designees the right to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city/state of residence, prize information, and any submitted entry materials for advertising, publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes in any and all media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

If entrants submit comments, photos, answers, creative responses, or other content as part of the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants Sponsor and Promotional Partner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, and publish such submitted content in connection with the Sweepstakes and related promotional activities, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, venue restrictions, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs or affects the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor and Promotional Partner are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, undeliverable, corrupted, delayed, or inaccurate entries; QR code scan failures; mobile device issues; internet connectivity issues; microsite or landing page downtime; server errors; technical malfunctions; data transmission errors; or any other technical, human, or operational issues that may affect participation.

Sponsor is not responsible if the QR code is not displayed, is displayed for a shorter period than anticipated, is not visible to all attendees, cannot be scanned due to technical or environmental conditions, or if venue, broadcast, league, or operational circumstances affect the execution of the match-day activation.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or any other method intended to circumvent the entry process are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Terms & Conditions, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to obtain multiple entries through unauthorized means, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Promotional Partner, Major League Cricket, the applicable venue, participating teams, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, digital platform providers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of any prize, or any Sweepstakes-related activity.

This release includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, printing or typographical errors, prize delivery issues, personal injury, property damage, or any other claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

No Endorsement

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Major League Cricket, the applicable venue, or any social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and/or its designated service providers, and not to any unrelated third party.

Disputes and Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

Winners List

Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
