Originating from Tunisia, and widely used in North African and Middle Eastern cooking, harissa is a smoky, spicy, and aromatic chili paste that brings an incredible twist to weeknight favorites. We draped the delicious flavor of harissa on a canvas of extra-long grain basmati and brown lentils to make this a perfect complement to any meal. Our basmati rice is grown in compliance with the SRP standard for Sustainable Rice Cultivation.
